How to stay young and healthy?

Traditional Chinese Medicine

This article is: Dr. Peng's "The Yellow Emperor's Canon"

"It is based on the sage Chen Yinyang, the veins are the same, the bone marrow is strong, and the qi and blood are all from it. If so, the internal and external reconciliation, evil can not be harmed, the ears and eyes are smart, and the qi is as it is."-"The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classics • Angering Heaven"

(Continued from the previous article) "Blood and blood" means that there is enough blood and blood on this person's face, and in ordinary people's words, this person's face has a treasure color. The meaning of "color" is the treasure color. Particularly bright and beautiful, always radiant, this person is young.

The teachers I have practiced in the boxing practice are 10 to 20 years younger than the average person, and their physical fitness is beyond the reach of the average person. One thing I have personally experienced, there is a teacher I used to follow in Taijiquan. When we were waiting for a bus, the bus driver might feel that the people on the bus were full, and didn't wait for everyone to get on the bus. When the door closed, the car drove away. My teacher is a foreigner. He is not a mainlander. He doesn't know the status of the mainland bus. He thought the bus was leaving without letting his master go, and he followed suit. As a result, the two of us chased each other for a stop, and the stop was about two or three kilometers. After the teacher caught up, he went up on the second stop. He was out of breath, looked pale, and didn't sweat. The me next to me was in college at the time, and I hadn't finished my kung fu, so I was out of breath because it is a sudden force, and then runs very fast. That's the difference. At the time, I was completely physically fit and mentally healthy, but I was still an ordinary person, and I didn't really practice inner boxing. That teacher has been practicing for thirty or forty years, so he feels very relaxed. Chasing that bus, I remember it was from Heping East Bridge, north of our university, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and there was a bus stop north of Heping East Bridge. This bus started very fast, and we chased after it for more than one stop to catch up with it. After catching up, the teacher didn't feel anything at all. It felt as if he had gone for a walk. He just got in the car easily, and I was too tired to breathe out of breath. The teacher was almost sixty years old at the time, and this was the benefit of practicing Neijiaquan.

We know that there is an obvious characteristic of practicing Neijiaquan, which is that this person's energy will gradually extend. As soon as qi is extended, the body needs sufficient energy, so its physical strength exceeds that of ordinary people. This is one of the things that I experienced personally, and I propose to share it with you. I know a lot of my classmates, as well as my brothers and sisters, their respective teachers have this characteristic. Whether practicing Tai Chi, Xingyi, or gossip, some people even practice some small boxing types, all of which belong to the internal boxing system. These teachers are all 60 or 70 years old, some are even 80 years old, and some are even 90 years old, but these elderly people are very physically fit. What is the reason? It is because the system of physical exercise left over by our ancient Chinese people contains what is taught in Chinese medicine, or it is in line with the theory taught in the "Huang Di Nei Jing" of traditional Chinese medicine. , Qi and blood follow. "

We look back, "If so, reconcile internally and externally, evil cannot be harmed, eyes and eyes are smart, and qi is as good as ever." Yin and Yang can reconcile, evil can not be violated. "Satoshi", who is "smart-eyed," means that listening is particularly good and the ability to listen is particularly strong. "Ming" refers to the eyes, that is, the ability to see with eyes is particularly good. "Kids open their ears to their ears", and their kidneys are full of energy, so they can hear them. "The liver is open to the eye", liver blood is sufficient, and eyes have good vision.

Because the inner boxing, whether it is standing piles or practicing movements, a very important feature is to practice with five internal organs. Therefore, while moving his limbs, he is also strengthening his internal organs. To strengthen the internal organs, the internal organs are constantly strengthened. The two most important internal organs, one is the liver and the other is the kidney. Hearing and vision are very good. The explanation of "Qi Li Ru Gu" is shared with you, and different commentators understand differently. But it makes sense from their respective perspectives. This is the charm of Chinese classics.

Chinese classics, especially ancient classics like the Yellow Emperor's Canon, Dao De Jing, and Zhuang Zi, each passage left to the present has passed through at least the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing generations Interpretation. Every generation has a master, and such masters will inevitably comment on the classics. Attention everyone, this is very interesting. Chinese master, he doesn't like to create by himself, he likes annotations, and likes to talk about his own ideas along the classic lines. Including various experts in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, they may not write many books themselves, accounting for only one-fifth or even one-sixth of the overall work. There are a lot of books that they have annotated, like "Chen Xiuyuan Medical Book" which is almost all annotated. Zhang Jingyue's annotations accounted for more than half of his writings, including his "Jing Yue Quan Shu", which also has a lot of understanding of classics. In fact, they will continue their classic thinking to talk about their views. This is what Master Confucius said about "not telling"-narrating the teachings of saints, but he does not create it, and that is the truth.

Therefore, these commentators will have their own views, expressing his understanding of this classic, of course, based on their own experience and clinical proposals.
