How to use shampoo bar ?
1- Wet your hair well to remove any residue of cream, leave-in or conditioner, if any.
2- Then, with very wet hair (or even under the shower), rub the bar all over the head, until it makes a lot of foam.
NOTE: This shampoo makes a lot of foam ... if not, because it still has residue of creams or other products on the hair.
3- Massage the whole head gently with your fingertips to clean with the foam.
4- Rinse well, and if you think there is still a need for further cleaning, you can repeat the process. (until enough foam)
5- After shampooing, use your usual conditioner, or follow the tips below:
Tip 1: After thoroughly rinsing the shampoo's hair, you can make a natural conditioner with the following mixture: 1 cup cold water + 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp honey (optional). For very oily or dandruff scalp, use 1/2 of vinegar.
Tip 2 : Mix some apple cider vinegar with your conditioner when you use it (may be by hand)

What supplies the foam to natural soap are the so-called fatty acids (lauric, myristic, palmitic, stearic) contained in some vegetable oils, such as coconut oil, palm, palm kernel, castor, etc. These oils are responsible for the foam rich in natural soaps. Therefore, to obtain a healthy and adequate foam, it is sufficient that the amount of these oils are balanced within the soap formulation.
Are natural bar soaps and shampoos made with "Caustic Soda" ?
ALL soaps / soaps that exist, whether handmade or industrial, bar, creamy or liquid, without exception, are produced by mixing fats with an alkali; Research this, and you will find that it is impossible to make soap without alkali (sodium hydroxide for bar soaps or potassium hydroxide for liquid or creamy soaps).
